Your future self has something to say.

...and she's not exhausted, performing, numbing or disconnected.

Trauma-informed coaching for women who learned to survive by becoming who everyone else needed. The exhaustion, the people-pleasing, the disconnection: these are patterns with a beginning, which means they can have an end.

Uncover and heal the hidden habits and emotional patterns that keep you unhappy, emotionally exhausted, and disconnected from the woman you were meant to be.

Can you imagine.....

  • waking up without emotional heaviness
  • trusting yourself fully
  • experiencing peace instead of constant pressure
  • no longer chasing love, validation, or worthiness
  • feeling grounded, soft, powerful, and emotionally free
  • freedom from the programming of who others taught you to be.

Meet Anka

There were fourteen of us. The house I grew up in had violence in it, and chaos, and I learned early that the safest thing to be was whatever the room needed.

I got very good at that. Decades later I had the partner, the boys, the house, the cars. Everything I had been told to want. And I would hear my mother coming out of my own mouth. The reactions I swore I would never repeat, and I was repeating them.

What turned it was not dramatic. I stopped being willing to trade myself to keep the life intact.

The years since are what I coach from. Not theory. I know what it costs to hold a life together by disappearing inside it, and I know it can be undone.

I am no longer living from survival. I am living from self-awareness. That's the ground I coach from.

“I have lots to share and talk about on Tuesday. But right now I just wanted to express my deep gratitude. I truly believe that the universe brought you into my life, far before I knew or could appreciate why. You've helped me over the past many months, and that led to where I am today and right now. I never imagined being here or this point in my life existing. But it wouldn't have if all those ‘what do you want to talk about today, right now, in this moment’ didn't exist. So just thank you.”

When you're ready

Start with a conversation.

A 15 minute call about where you are and what you need next.

There's a letter waiting from the woman you're becoming.

Here's the kind of letter she writes:

Twelve weeks from today

I'm writing this from the other side of the work you're about to do.

The mornings are different now. I wake up without that weight you carry, the one you stopped mentioning because nobody would understand. I said no twice last week and nothing fell apart. Nobody left.

You know the pattern you keep swearing you'll break? I found where it started. Once I could see it, I could finally put it down.

I won't tell you it was easy. Around week four you'll want to quit. Don't.

I'm not someone new. I'm who you were before you learned to perform. Come find me.
